The Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at Range High School at 7.30pm on Tuesday, 15 September 2009. Please try to attend if you possibly can!
The meeting will be held in the Withdrawal Room next to the Dining area. You should enter by the door round the corner from the 6th Form Centre.
Copies of the minutes of last year’s meeting will be available on the night.
If you have any items for the Agenda, please please send to the chairman at least 7 days before the meeting.

Nominations are requested for the posts of Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary, preferably in writing, seven days before the A G M.
The nominee's agreement to take up the post is essential.
